Interview
I got an email from my university. Once I submitted my resume and cover letter to HR, I got a phone interview. After a phone interview, I was invited to attend a group interview located at my school, and was then added to the HR list for hiring.

Question 1
Group interview: "What does legendary customer experience mean to you?, give an example of a time where you have received and a time you have provided legendary experience"
- Role play questions: They would give you a sheet with product benefits, you will have to try to sell it to the interviewer/customer.
Panel interview: General questions: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years", "Why TD?". "What does legendary mean to you?", "Give an example of a legendary experience"
Personality questions - ie "Have you ever seen something unethical happen at your previous jobs? and what have you done about it?"
Interview was very easy because managers seemed like they could careless. I met with a group panel and then met with the ASM then the branch manager. We talked about everything and then I was made an offer the following day.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TD in Dec 2011
Interview
i submitted resume online,then i got an email saying i was shortlisted and being invited for an interview. it was a group interview, with some gruop activities with a one on one interview, it took almost 3 hours for the interviel including the group and one on one interview. it was fun interview for me, everything was discussed like saying, we will inform you right away about the interview results. after 3 days i got a call from the branch manager saying that i am hired. they sent all rhe necessary requirements for me in email, then after 3 weeks i already started. people are nice in our branch:) especially during the interview they will make you really feel comfortable:)
