Very straightforward interview, fast turnaround from interview to offer, very intensive and compensated training program, spoke to multiple managers during interview, the environment immediately felt like a team, orientation was over the computer which felt strange and impersonal

The interview was very easy and straight to the point. The interviewers (assistant manager and head teller) were friendly. Many questions asked. The length of the interview wasn’t too long (about 30 mins).
