Interview
I had three interviews with this company before they hired me. All three interviews were a complete waste of time. They repeated the same exact questions in every interview as if no one knew I'd been interviewed previously.

Interview
Phone interview, online assessment, and in person interview with manager, assistant manager, and store supervisor. The job requires personal commitment of being fun and energetic for every customer, even though you only get 4 minutes or less with each customer to build a relation.

Interview
First, had a 10 minute phone interview with a HR rep who was not familiar with teller roles. Asked the procedure of my last job if a drawer would not balance, tell me a time you dealt with a difficult customer, and describe a time you provided great customer service. Attended a job fair for second interview a week and a half later, brought into a room for one on one with store manager. Asked me to describe myself and experience, otherwise not specific questions like over the phone. Mostly chatted for a while about banking industry and culture. Be sure to know a few facts about the company. Got a verbal offer on the spot and written offer the following week.
