I interviewed with two different individuals. They were both very pleasant and the interview took about 30 minutes. The questions asked were relatively standard, but as this was an entry-level position at branch level, I wasn't surprised. Skill tests weren't emphasized because they mentioned a training program for new hires that brings everyone up to a common level.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TD (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
It felt like any other interview. You sit down with the manager and they asked you questions. The HR asks you to bring 3 copies of your resume. The manager will have one of your resume and ask questions about your previous experiences and how your education relates to the banking world. I had one of the supervisors attend to my interview because the manager wanted her to gain some interviewing experience.

Interview
Nearly a month passed after I applied online. I called the branch several times, but no one was able to follow up on my application. Anyway, when the recruiter finally called me, we set up a time for an interview at the branch. I was an employee referral, so the process was a bit lax-- I interviewed alone with the ASM. Received an offer via e-mail within a week.
