Before providing even basic information such as the hourly pay, the company asks candidates to complete a test that requires significant preparation. There are more than 100 pages of guidelines that must be followed strictly during the exam.
Many of the requirements are ambiguous and subjective, yet no individual feedback is provided if you fail the test - even when you ask for clarification. The exam itself is quite difficult and requires many hours of studying and completing the tasks.
Communication from the company is below normal professional standards, and there was no real interaction with an actual person throughout the process. Overall, the experience felt very questionable. It even raised concerns that this could potentially be a situation where candidates do a large amount of work without any compensation.
I would advise others to approach their job postings with high caution.
