Interview
I was first contacted for a brief call with the recruiter, then underwent english language screening and a wifi test. Finally, I had a video call interview with the two hiring managers. The interview was fairly formal, yet friendly. I was offered the job but declined because the salary was lower than my current position.

I had a phone call interview which was followed by an English fluency assessment which was then followed by an assessment based on my knowledge of the the company and its clients
They’ve send me a test that i had to complete in an hour. It started with a few grammatical exercises in russian. After that i had writing, listening and a grammar test in English
Interview process took about a week. Classic interview questions, very friendly and laid back atmosphere throughout. I believe there was an initial interview that was much shorter before a longer interview process afterwards.
