Listen to each candidate's answers and ask follow-up questions if necessary. In the end, they ask the candidates if they have any queries. Inform the candidates when they can expect a response from the company.

Es gab ein Telefonat, anschließend musste ein Test absolviert werden, dann gab es kurze Zeit später ein Videointerview. Das Gespräch war angenehm. Alles in allem ging es dann sehr schnell.

Extremely annoying and without much elaboration. Rude behaviour and moodiness as a whole. Had to go through a couple of interviews and then was presented with a laughable contract. Their contracts feel like a scam.
