The interview process is very simple, after applying you are given material to write the exam. After passing the exam, you are able to take tasks and earn money. The exam itself is not hard.

They seemed to me calm and positive. The way they ask questions were kind and clear. The only thing is we cant connect easily at first because of some issues about they system.
