It took awhile to hear back from them at first, about a month. After the initial interest the process was pretty quick. Original screening were the most basic interview questions ex: why did you apply to this position, this was also in French since for me it was a bilingual position. The second interview was also pretty easy with basic interview questions and scenario questions.

Interview
Email exchange, followed by a 15 minute phone interview. Afterwards they wanted a HANDWRITTEN 250-300 word essay about my favourite travel destination.
All in all, the interviewer was kind and forthcoming, but it felt like being just another number.
