You are first contacted by a non qualified HR recruiter who doesn't make too many questions and explains you about the company. After that you have a technical interview with a tech lead in English. Then you have a third interview with some kind of manager who shows no interest and with her/his attitudes shows that doesn't even want to be there. After that they send you a coding challenge using the CodinGame platform. This one contains tests about topics that are not even about the position you are applying. For example, if you applied for a React, Node, JS role, they ask you about Angular, GCP, Docker. After that, they ghost you and never reach you out again. Is like they don't even have open positions and just want to add you in their database in case they eventually need you. I've heard at least from other 5 colleagues that they had the same experience.
