I did an application late at night and was called in for an interview the next day. The interview was short and sweet, but unprofessional. I was called shortly after leaving and offered the position.
I applied online. The process took a year or more. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Framingham, MA) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was a very long process. I could never reach the recruiter to follow up with her. I was qualified for the position but eventually rescinded my consideration due to finding another position. The salary was where I needed it to be, but I found that if it takes so long to make a hiring decision then I can only imagine what 'red tape' and restrictions I would have to maneuver around internally.
