Interview
I had an initial virtual interview with Engineering Manager which was quite general asking about my experience and then a second virtual interview with the same manager and an engineer.

Question 1
They described a real fault that they had experienced with an elevator control system and asked how I would go about identifying the root cause. They offered clues about the symptoms encountered.
I don't want to be more detailed about the question because I really liked these guys and I suspect this is their favorite interview question.
If you are experienced at fault finding and listen to what they are saying you can figure it out.
