TLScontact Customer Service Representative interview questions

Received a phone call from the HR manager asking me when will I be available. Arrived at 20 minutes earlier before the interview started but I have to wait outside the centre because there was no waiting area, and the guard just wouldn't let me in because of security reasons. The operating manager escorted to the meeting room. Very straightforward question, nothing to worry about. The interview lasts around 40 minutes.

First it was interview over the phone. After that about 1 hour interview in the office - interview with line management and HR. Salary and benefits offered was below market rate. Not clear on the position. They really need people.
