O processo para agente de atendimento especificamente achei bem simples. E isso não é ruim de forma alguma. Eu liguei para TP, eles demoraram em atender mas, agendei a entrevista sem dificuldade. O processo seletivo para SAC envolveu uma prova, redação, análise de perfil e entrevista individual.

Me foi perguntado sobre se não seria de difícil adaptação para mim trabalhar com um seguimento até então desconhecido para mim. Pois em alguns casos seria necessário lidar com pessoas muito abaladas emocionalmente.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
