Interview via zoom. Very informative and informal interview. They ask a few questions about your experience in customer service and being in a call center. I was nervous and was not clear and was talking over myself. I didn’t get the job but it was still an easy interview.

After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.

Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.
