Son tres entrevistas, una por zoom en la que te hacen un examen de comprensión en ingles. Luego dos entrevistas presenciales donde te hacen charlar en ingles y contar tus experiencias.

Describirte a vos mismo, contar sobre tu trabajo anterior y tu experiencia en atención al cliente.
Una pregunta que me hicieron fue ¿Crees que el cliente siempre tiene la razón?
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in Jun 2026
Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
