Had to sell a holiday to interviewer and think about adding extras like insurance and seat extras, I was asked to describe how I though I could cater a holiday to a specific need and want of the customer.. Getting into learning more about new destinations and selling these onto clients. Involved in running a good sales team with team members with a successful business.

Long Winded process before actually getting a face to face interview . Application quite easy to navigate, then a phone interview clearly read from a script. Questions didn’t really apply to the role I was going for
Just had phone interview, lovely lady. We spoke for about 30mins and then i was offered an interview. Waiting to see how that goes.
I think she was happy with my honesty and my general chit chat rather than sticking just to questions and answers.
