Target Associate interview questions

Didn’t get the job because I was over qualified. Said I would be a better fit for executive position but they didn’t have any. I don’t believe that being over qualified is a bad thing. It can add a benefit to the team on the floor to have direct peers who are well rounded and can guide them.

Overall straight forward, interviewer were nice and professional. Enjoyable experience during the interview. The interview only took about 40 minutes, maybe an hour max. The location was difficult to find parking but eventually I was able to park and attend interview.
