The interview was pretty basic, 'tell me about a time.....you worked in a group to solve a problem, or had a bad boss.' I interviewed with a lower management person and then on to the human resources manager who offered me a position. I took it and worked there in some capacity for the next three years. It's chain retail and what you see is essentially what you get. Backroom is the best place to work during the holidays for sure, if you are hourly.

The main backroom management was usually only there overnight, so you have to be a bit self motivated, job is not rewarding at all, but it can be fun with the right people. I would much rather be in the back, than upfront.
