30 minute interview with different what if questions. For example “name a time when you disagreed with a coworker and tell me how you handled it and the result”. Very simple.

The interview process was very simple and quick. I applied for the guest advocate (cashier) position but said I was open to other positions on my online application. I got an offer to interview the same day I submitted my online application. I was interviewed by the Specialized Sales Leader, who would be my manager. He was very nice and asked very general and direct questions. Was offered the job right there.
