Was a lot of weird questions but overall the process was like 30 minutes and was easy to go through just to get the job. Pretty mid job though wouldn't recommended long term

Question 1
What would you do if a guest was having a problem you didn't know how to solve
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2023
Interview
Virtual interview after applying online. Around 5 situation based questions were asked. Questions were regarding topics such as diversity, how to handle conflict or issues, and past work experiences. I was given a few chances to record my answer for each question, and a couple minutes to think of an answer before recording. All questions were formatted in a way that asks you to describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.

Question 1
Q: How do you work with people that have different perspectives than you? Q: How do you adjust when a situation doesn’t turn out as you expect? Q: Describe how you worked with another person to achieve a goal.
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Virginia Beach, VA) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was an online interview so we answered questions and had the chance to film ourselves instead of having to deal with an in-person interview which is cool and pretty convenient.
