Target Guest Advocate interview questions

Phone interview asking about the lead experience in the past and other work experience. Cared a lot about the amount of hours you could work for them. It was an overall easy experience, and they hired a lot of people.

20 minute interview to see if you are competent and respectful. Questions were centered around decision-making, leadership, and making others feel like they belong. They took about ten minutes after the interview to get back to me.
