I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Melbourne, FL) in Oct 2024
Interview
Once you apply it takes about 2 weeks for them to get back to you, after that they will send you a link to do an online interview. It is helpful if you get nervous easily and have trouble talking to people one on one but it is super awkward recording yourself answering all those questions. After that if they like you they will call you to ask availability and that basically means you are hired they will reach out again after that asking you to come in for an orientation.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Canton, MI) in Aug 2021
Interview
Team lead brought me upstairs and asked me questions one on one. Most interview questions were related to socialization. This part of the interview lasted about 30 minutes. Then the store's HR brought me into a separate room and asked me a few more questions related to work availability and requested weekly hours. They hired me on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jun 2022
Interview
Interview was very easy, it was fully online and they would just give you a prompt and then you recorded yourself with an answer. I believe they also gave you multiple tries too, so it was fairly simple.
