Target Guest Advocate interview questions

The application process was awful. I did not even get a chance and there was not an indication as to why I was told I would not be considered. It is extremely frustrating.

It was a phone hearing because of Covid. I was sent an email to set up an interview. They called and asked availability questions and then asked me to tell stories based off of scenarios I was given. Then they said they would send it to HR and I would get called back to set up a second interview if they decided to continue with my application.
