Intial is all online. Once contacted for in person interview NONE of the provided phone numbers were answered. Went into location and sill could not contact anyone in HR. I know it is Target, but do better - maybe answer a phone?
Easy, quick questioning about standard customer service scenarios. No questions about abilities to manage, organize, handle customer complaints, handle employee complaints. Questions were asked that essentially were ways to learn more about potential employee's personality and if they are basically retail-friendly.
