There were two interviews one on the phone asking why I wanted to work at target and the second one why I was interested in becoming part of their team and different situations that I could encounter working as a Team member with different types of customers.

The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.

A guest tells you they can’t find an item they came in for. Describe how you would respond and the actions you would take.
It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
digital experience, videos will be watched and then you will be quizzed at the end of the videos. you also watch videos on every position available so you have an understanding of the overall environment
