Very minimal questions. Mainly questions about how you work under pressure and in time sensitive situations. Also questions about reliability and organizational skills. Overall very smooth process and I would recommend preparing lightly for this interview.

Describe a time you had to work under pressure. What we’re the time constraints and how did you handle it?
I anpplied online and did a video interview (not live). I was then contacted about my availability and asked to come in for orientation and was immediately hired. Very easy process.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
