The process had very easy, straightforward behavioral questions, plus a “why target” question. Mostly interested in assuring that you’re a sane human being. If you’ve had one previously entry level job, you will likely be hired.

Why target? Tell me about a conflict with a colleague
I anpplied online and did a video interview (not live). I was then contacted about my availability and asked to come in for orientation and was immediately hired. Very easy process.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
