Target interview questions

It was an virtual interview done via HireVue. They have pre recorded questions from corporate headquarters. This is then reviewed by the store's HR, along with maybe a team lead, depending on the store.

Worked as a cashier at Target. Fast-paced environment with steady shifts and clear expectations. Training was straightforward, and most team members were helpful. The hardest part was handling long lines and occasional difficult customers while keeping speed and accuracy. Management support varied by shift, but overall it was a decent job with flexible scheduling and a solid employee discount.
