Target interview questions

The interview process was quite simple. The first interview is completed online via a website where you record yourself answering predetermined questions. Once you pass the first round, you will proceed to an in-person interview with the hiring manager.

First, I applied online through the target website. Then I submitted video (recording) interview to answer a series of questions. Then, I received a phone call and email to accept offer.
