Target Sale Associate interview questions

Very basic and focused a lot on customer service situations...They seemed to care a lot about the people of Target and making sure I would fit with their values. I was in high school at the time and they do hire a lot of part-time/seasonal younger people, so be aware if this isn't the environment you'd like to be in

They took me to a back room and asked me some behavioral questions. It was one-on-one, in a quiet, empty room, sitting across from each other at a table. I had to wait a while in the break room before it began, however.
