Interessantes und sehr respektvolles interview. Auf Augenhöhe geführt, erst mit filialleiterin und 2. interview mit Vertriebsdirektor und Personaler. Das Interview hatte zwar einige typische fragen aber ansonsten war es eher ein Dialog - was ich bevorzuge

I applied for the Software developer post by sending documents online. I received an email for the individual interview arranged week after.Interview starts with an unexpected way. Normally in the boss of the company introduce himself and organization in the beginning and later, they provide a chance to the candidate to introduce. but in my case, the manager of said as this is our 1st interview to know each other. so when the boss entered the room he did not greet me even and just start to ask different question. 1st I got impression that they are not interested and later after a long discussion about the projects and different programming languages in which I have experience and listed in my CV as well I got the impression that they are might be serious to take a person. last part of the interview about the project work for which they were looking for a person. I understand his project but I clearly said I do not know this new Programming language and I did work with it. The Boss just asked if you get chance to learn then are you interested to learn and work with it. I said yes. then Boss asked whether I am interested to work in Targo Bank. I replied I am here to work with you and I asked " whether you are interested to take me on the board " the manager replied we will let you know within 2 days. but the Boss continued to explain a task to do and asked can I do this. I said yes. then Boss told just give us 5 min we will let you know. after 5 min the manager entered the room and said Congrats we Hire you today. so only 1 interview and I am in. very fast. very much unpredictable. Surprising. they made my day.
