There was an online application process to follow, then an in person interview in a branch in London. The overall process was quite standard and easy enough to go through, though this was during Covid so may have changed since.

Interview
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
