Tesla Construction Manager interview questions

Was referred on to 3 different recruiters. Final recruiter told me that I was over qualified for this position and that Tesla was going to make a new position for me and if that was ok. I agreed and waited for 3 weeks being told that I kept passing rounds of reviews. Then out of nowhere told they decided to go with someone else. No direct interview given. Just third party recruiters.
