Tesla Engineer interview questions

First, the interviewer(team leader) introduced about his team. Then he asked some behavior question( self-introduction, detailed of one project I mentioned in the introduction, biggest challenge, failure and how to deal with it). And at last gave me 5-10 minutes to ask him some questions.
