Interview
One technical interview with hiring manager for 30 minutes. Was not very tough though, he was cool and respected my previous experience which I did not see in my earlier interviews with competitor companies.

1. More than interview the session was more of interaction. He asked me what I expect out of the job, how frequent I am looking for to connect with him, and finally just asked 2 basic manufacturing questions.
