Very direct approach. They ask good questions that are designed to challenge you. The questions tie back to first principles but it is hard to tell at first. Got a sense they are really proud about what they do.
Long process with multiple rounds. Basic Engineeting questions, skills match, extra certificates. Courses. Cad. Fea. Calculations. I would not say it is an exciting company, longgg hours i heard, kind of toxic team management

The process was a bit long, but the communication from the recruiter was perfect. Initial call with the hiring manager and his manager - both semi-technical interviews. Fundamentals of mechanical engineering. Solid Mechanics, FEA and Material Science. Not very difficult questions, but you really need to know the depth of the main fundamentals.
