I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Palo Alto, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
it's for a simulation role. recruiter chat + two rounds, first round was chat about the role. questions on determinism in code, cpp quirks, etc. coding portion was building a class in cpp to solve a simple math problem, something related to geometry, can't quite recall exactly
second round was similar type of chat with a different manager, then a python round to build a simple physics solver
overall interviewers were nice, abruptly got call to tell me they're stopping hiring just before the panel round tho
