Tesla Software Engineer interview questions

1 OA + 6 rounds. 2 phone 1 onsite (4 rounds) Took around 1.5 months. Topics: DS&A (4), SQL (1), System Design (1), Behavioral (1) All medium-hard difficulty. Overall, interviewers were nice and answered any clarifying questions. You must give the optimal solution, otherwise it is auto reject.

it's for a simulation role. recruiter chat + two rounds, first round was chat about the role. questions on determinism in code, cpp quirks, etc. coding portion was building a class in cpp to solve a simple math problem, something related to geometry, can't quite recall exactly second round was similar type of chat with a different manager, then a python round to build a simple physics solver overall interviewers were nice, abruptly got call to tell me they're stopping hiring just before the panel round tho
