I applied for texas instruments through university.The very first round was online test which consist of aptitude and two sections one analog+network and other was digital.Based on your marks in respective section you'll be shortlisted for the interview.I got shortlisted in analog profile.The interview took place about a week after the online test.

Interview was purely technical checking whether your basics are clear or not.I was asked questions from Network.They asked me basic network question like find current in particular branch and then they jumped into transient and RLC network questions.
