I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a three step interview process consisting of a Hirevue Q&A. A day later I was in a live WebCam interview with two application engineers. Their questions were mainly technical focused on DAC, Op-Amp's, and communication theory . A couple days later I was flown to Dallas for a face interview were questions were mainly technical. Questions relating to voltage regulators, basic filters, Nyquist noise, and high frequency response of circuits.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was a three step interview process. The first was a Hirevue online interview in which 6 behavioral questions were asked and I had a minute to formulate a response that took up to 2 minutes to deliver.
The Second round was a live online interview in which a applications engineer manager asked some other behavioral questions with a few technical questions as well. The technical questions were quite basic, calculate the gain for an inverting and non-inverting opamp etc...
for the third round I was flown to Dallas. I prepared a 10 minute presentation on my senior project. There were 2 interviews, each given by applications engineer managers. The vibe was very friendly. I didn't feel intimidated or interrogated.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bengaluru) in Apr 2016
Interview
HR contacted me via Linkedin and scheduled F2F interview the very next day. Didn't get much time to prepare. There were 3 persons who interviewed me, first 2 were purely technical, began with knowing my work experience (I came from power electronics background), my circuit of choice. They both asked a few design questions on my circuit, and then took the course of interview from my experience to their expectation.
3rd person was mostly behavioral interview, asked me about my role in the previous company and expectation and profile of the job for which I was interviewing.

Question 1
1. 12V, 20A DC power supply is connected to 20uH inductor and 1 ohm resistor, at t=0. What is the steady state current in the inductor?
3. 24V is connected to drain of NMOS, source is connected to ground via R. Vt=2V. What is gate voltage required (wrt gnd) to turn on the MOSFET? If R=22 ohm, what is the current and power loss through the MOSFET. If junction to ambient thermal resistance of MOSFET is 44 (I had to guess the unit to thermal resistance here) what will be the temperature of MOSFET at this power? How much temperature should the MOSFET be allowed to reach?
