There are two session, when you pass the first one, then only they will call you for the second. 1. Answering question. Given few question regarding basics electrical/electronics knowledge. 2. Interview. A few managers from different department will ask you question, and they will decide which department you are most suitable for.

Easy interview process. Most questions were behavioral based and easy to answer. Just prepare some stories related to your experiences beforehand. Got an answer really late which was the only downfall.
