I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Ra‘ananna) in Feb 2011
Interview
I had four technical reviews, two interviews by 2 different team leaders who asked about my technical experience and then asked general technical questions, technical "riddles". The third interview was conducted by the group manager who dived more deeply into my former employment background.
The fourth interview was conducted by the division manager who again repeated many of the question that I were asked. I then was interviewed by someone from HR who tried to see what "kind" of person I was.

Interview
Applied for on-campus interview. Got a phone call later on, then had an on-campus interview. Then had a second round interview that was over the web and focused on us presenting a project we had worked on before. The interviewers were generally nice, and the HR folks are awesome. They are accommodating (within their limit) and really make the process as smooth as possible.
