The interview process was straight forward. I found that this interview was simple compared to interviews that I had done with other companies in the past. The location for the interview was was where we could have a one on one interview
Really simple. Asked me questions about myself and my experience. I told them I didn’t have any experience with home improvement and that wasn’t a problem. Maybe about 15 minutes and I was hired on the spot.
Great experience overall. The team was thoughtful, well-prepared, and respectful of my time. Conversations were engaging, questions were relevant, and the process felt collaborative, transparent, and aligned with real-world challenges.
