• 3 rounds: 1 with a manager, 1 with a senior team member, 1 with HRBP; took about 3-4 weeks for all interviews to be completed (with some delays in communication in between rounds) and a month of waiting time before an offer is extended • Interviewers were always on time, friendly and put candidates at ease; questions were relevant, challenging but straightforward • First-point of contact HRBP recruiters were always nice, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful • Due to some internal changes and delays the process did drag on for much longer than it should have been (Applied around mid-June, finished interviewing mid-July, official offer letter and contract were only confirmed by mid-August, with multiple trivial avoidable administrative mistakes); while first-point-of-contact was always quick to help, it seemed this person had to wait for many people/teams/layers within the company to make amendments on paperwork etc • Overall I’ll give this process a 3 out of 5, as even though things can much more organised and efficient (especially to do with HR and admins), everyone I have been in touch directly with or spoken to via interviews, has been nothing but supportive and it is clear they tried their very best to ensure a good experience
