Describe a situation where you worked with multiple stakeholders.
Interesting conversation, thought provoking. Interview with Line Manager was tough but got through it. Strangely, interview with skip was easier but did not get the offer. Nice interviewers though, wondered what was missing from my experience that I did not pass the skip manager round.

My interviewing experience was phenomenal!

She was timely, professional, insightful, and supportive throughout the entire process which took 3-4 weeks. Overall I had 6 interviews with various Policy Managers, HR et al, to discuss the role in depth. All of my interview experiences were insightful, professional, reflected intelligence, and preparation - especially in the target area.
I was also interviewing with Pinterest, DoorDash, and Facebook - and my favorite experience was with TikTok, making the decision o accept the offer in light of the demonstrated commitment and potential growth.
