The interview process began with a recruiter contacting me through LinkedIn. 2. After the initial phone screening, the recruiter scheduled the next step, which involved a 30-minute screening call with a hiring manager based in China. During this call, there will be a 15-minute portfolio review and another 15 minutes allocated for Q&A. So, the interview structure they designed didn't leave ANY time for the candidate to ask questions.
