I interviewed for the BRIC team.
The interviewer seemed quite uninterested and the interview was super short like 15-20min max, almost as if they were just being there with no real intention to assess me holistically. (I did hear that the team wasn’t urgently hiring - so why was the listing up in the first place?)
The feedback provided was also unconstructive and unnecessarily negative. I feel like the interviewer didn’t even consider the slight possibility that the feedback would be sent to me.
The HR was quite nice and helpful though so I’m really grateful for that. Thanks HR person :-)
1st round is hiring manager interview, more on the experiences and fit questions; 2nd round is with colleague on the similar role but from different sub-team, more on technical skills and scenario based questions; 3rd round is with HRBP, more on the reason for leaving previous role and to test whether can stay on the current role.

Interview
3 interview rounds total, 1st round with Manger on the team (not recruiting or hr), 2nd with Senior PM, 3rd with Product. Everyone was super nice and did a great job outlining and leading me through interview. Each interview was half behavior and half technical and 45 mins each. For behavioral, they drilled deep into each experience and asked situational questions. For my second and final round, interviews went 15 minutes over, typically a good sign about their company culture and your fit. However, after my final round, about two weeks ago, I have been ghosted after multiple follow ups, which is highly disrespectful to their candidates who spend hours prepping and actually interviewing. First round was also rescheduled 3 times on their end and actually pushed forward a week, so I only had 24 hours to prep.
