I applied online. I interviewed at Turing in Jan 2022
Interview
Sent resumé and was asked to take a test, which I did. The recruiter was very attentive at this par of the process, and even helped when I needed to reschedule the test. After the test, we had a screening interview in which the recruiter asked me to send my writing portfolio and they'd forward it to the content manager. I sent it, but never heard anything back. I followed up via e-mail and LinkedIn, asking if there was any news about the hiring process, and got ghosted in both. I understand recruiters and hiring managers are extremely busy, but it is so rude to simply stop answering someone after they are no longer being considered for the job, especially if the person does reach out and ask for news.

Interview
You have to create a profile in their application. After the profile, there would be online coding challenges, then a lot of tech stack tests.
After you complete these tests and update your profile. You have to wait until they respond back. I got an invitation for a call with their internal recruiter and she said they will match you with the client within 4 weeks. It has been already 4 weeks and never heard back from them.
Got contacted after 10 weeks saying you have not passed the Coding Challenge. Even their system congratulated me on passing the test. After wasting my 10 weeks with them, they just realized that I have not passed the test.
That seems totally unprofessional to me.
