I wrote a great cover letter. Then HR contacted me, and I had multiple interviews online, and one in person. The one person lived locally. I liked everyone I met.
Recruiter reached out to me via linkedin then interview team 3-4 30 minutes each. This was a new role in a new part of the organization. Did not progress through the full process.
