UPS Human Resources interview questions

Interview was easy and people were nice. I was disappointed because i got called in for a second interview, they said i meet all the qualifications and will do reference and backgrounders check and will get back to me in three days. I waited and no response, not even an email. I couldn't even call back because they did not have an office number or email available. HORRIBLE
